So on Sunday I decided enough is enough... I want to feel good damn it. Lately, I've been feeling blah and while blah is not terrible it certainly isn't good. So, I decided to make a change. I don't know a lot about Bikram but looking back to last year when Tony got hooked I noticed 1. He had more energy 2. His skin got a healthy glow 3. He was a lot more flexible and in tune with his body 4. He lost his urge to drink wine on weekends (this can go both ways but I'm looking at it as a positive) and finally 5. His mood was very good even under stressful situations.
All good right?
So, I've been thinking about Bikram go a while now but it's expensive, it's known to be very difficult and come on the room your working out in is 105F (40.5 C) Yeah so...
10 Day Intensive, why not... I just finished day 3 and I feel amazing. Life changing, no, but still amazing. I never knew I could push my body so far and that feeling alone is super addictive and powerful. I feel strong and energized and its only been three days.
The sweat is out of control but to be honest I don't mind it... when the 90 minute class is over it's like "whoa, I made out alive". Both Tony and my friend Jenny whom have both played a lot of sports (Jenny on a professional level) say its by far the most difficult practice they've ever participated in. Yep! Agreed!
26 poses held for 30-60 each over 90 minutes in 105 degrees. Doesn't look so difficult but trust me the image below is hiding the truth. anyway... Not feeling so blah anymore!

GOOD FOR YOU.......
